Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using our ALL IN 1 RECHARGE application. We appreciate your convenience and security and want you to have a hassle-free experience with us. If you encounter any issues or errors with your payment, you may request a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions.


You can pay your utility bills using any of the payment methods available on our application, such as Payment Gateway and Wallet. You will be charged the exact amount of your transaction at the time of making the payment. You will receive a confirmation message with your payment details and a receipt.


You can request a refund for your payment within 48hours of the payment date, if any of the following situations apply:

  • You did not receive the refund for Mobile Recharges and other Bill Payments.
  • You may raise refund/transfer request for DTH transaction (Need to contact our customer care)
  • You did not receive the service for which you paid for the transaction.
  • You experienced a technical error or a failure in the payment process.
To request a refund, please contact us at with your payment reference number and the reason for your refund. We will verify your request and initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds/transfer is subject to the approval of the service provider and may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds will be made to the same payment method that was used for the payment.


Some payments are non-refundable and non-reversible, such as payments made for prepaid or postpaid plans, payments made for non-metered services, or payments made for disputed or overdue bills. These payments are clearly marked as non-refundable and non-reversible on our application. Please check the payment details carefully before making the payment.
